Shipping
Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are charged a $12.95 flat shipping rate. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are available by quote only.
Items longer than 96 inches, such as 120-inch baseboard heaters, ship by freight pallet and carry an additional flat $250 freight charge per order, which applies regardless of the free-shipping threshold. Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days, depending on stock and manufacturer processing. Typical transit is about 3–5 business days (FedEx Freight about 5–6). Full details: Shipping Policy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Report the issue within 5 days of delivery, with photos, to support@hvacsale.com. We cover return shipping on damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Returns
Request return authorization within 30 days of delivery before returning an item. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, in original packaging, and resalable. Made-to-order items and installed or wired parts cannot be returned. We do not offer exchanges; to get a different item, return the original and place a new order.
Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee (none on damaged, defective or incorrect items). Customers pay return shipping on standard returns. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and review the return. Full details: Refund Policy.
