Shipping
Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are charged a $12.95 flat shipping rate.
Some products ship directly from the manufacturer. Processing and delivery timing vary by manufacturer, product availability, fulfillment location, and destination. Items longer than 96 inches, such as 120-inch baseboard heaters, ship by freight pallet and carry an additional flat $250 freight charge per order (applied once per order, not per item), which applies regardless of the free-shipping threshold above. Other heavy, oversized, manufacturer-direct, split-shipment, non-contiguous U.S., and international orders may require additional charges or manual confirmation.
Please inspect shipments when they arrive. If you see visible damage, contact support@hvacsale.com promptly with your order number and photographs when available.
Returns
Request return authorization within 30 days of delivery before returning an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, in original packaging, and resalable.
Customers are responsible for return freight. TPI returns carry a 40% restocking fee. Restocking fees for other manufacturers vary, and original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods are reviewed separately under applicable carrier and manufacturer requirements.
