Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@hvacsale.com or 1-888-414-0872 for a return authorization before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, return the original under this policy and place a new order.

Condition

Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, in the original packaging and resalable.

Non-returnable items

Made-to-order items and parts that have been installed or wired cannot be returned.

Restocking fee

Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. No restocking fee applies to items that arrive damaged or defective, or that we shipped in error.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping on standard returns. We cover return shipping on damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Report the issue within 5 days of delivery, with photos, to support@hvacsale.com. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and review the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at no charge until they ship. Made-to-order and manufacturer-direct orders cannot be canceled once they have been released to the manufacturer.

Warranty

Eligible manufacturer warranties pass through to the original purchaser. See Warranty & Manufacturer Support.
