Orders and payment
Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless HVACsale.com approves company purchase-order terms in writing. Available online payment methods may include major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when enabled through Shopify’s supported payment provider.
Company PO purchasing is available only to approved business customers. Standard approved terms are Net 30, credit limits are set case by case, and every PO order is reviewed before acceptance. Submission of a PO does not constitute order acceptance.
Shipping
Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are charged a $12.95 flat shipping rate. Items longer than 96 inches ship by freight pallet and carry an additional $250 freight charge. Other freight, manufacturer-direct, non-contiguous U.S., and international shipments may require additional review or charges.
Product information and fulfillment
Specifications, pricing, availability, lead times, and manufacturer requirements may change. HVACsale.com may correct a product, price, or availability error before accepting or shipping an order. Stocked and manufacturer-direct products may have different processing and delivery timelines.
Qualified installation
HVAC and electrical products must be selected, handled, and installed by appropriately licensed or qualified professionals in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable codes, permits, standards, and local requirements. The purchaser is responsible for confirming product suitability and installation requirements before purchase and installation.
Returns and warranties
Returns are subject to the Shipping & Returns policy. Customers pay return freight. TPI returns carry a 40% restocking fee; restocking fees for other manufacturers vary. HVACsale.com passes through eligible manufacturer warranties to the original purchaser and does not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated by the manufacturer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HVACsale.com’s responsibility for an eligible product claim is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the amount paid for the product, less any permitted charges. HVACsale.com is not responsible for installation labor, removal, reinstallation, project delays, lost profits, or incidental or consequential damages arising from product selection, installation, delivery delay, misuse, or manufacturer defect.
