Free and flat-rate shipping
Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are charged a $12.95 flat shipping rate.
Shipping method and timing
Products may ship from HVACsale.com or directly from a manufacturer. Carrier selection, processing time, and delivery timing depend on the product, manufacturer, destination, and available service. We do not promise a delivery date until the order details have been confirmed.
Freight and special shipments
Items longer than 96 inches, such as 120-inch baseboard heaters, ship by freight pallet and carry an additional flat $250 freight charge per order (applied once per order, not per item), which applies regardless of the free-shipping threshold above. Other heavy, oversized, manufacturer-direct, split-shipment, non-contiguous U.S., and international orders may require additional shipping charges or manual confirmation. Residential delivery, appointment, liftgate, limited-access, and other freight services may also require additional review.
