How long will my order take to ship?
Processing and delivery timing vary by manufacturer, product availability, and fulfillment method. Our launch TPI products ship directly from the manufacturer. Review the product page and order communications for the most current available information.
What does shipping cost?
Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are charged a $12.95 flat shipping rate. Freight rules apply to oversized items.
How are oversized items handled?
Items longer than 96 inches, such as 120-inch baseboard heaters, ship by freight pallet and carry an additional $250 freight charge.
What is the return process?
Request return authorization within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, in original packaging, and resalable. Customers pay return shipping. TPI returns carry a 40% restocking fee; restocking fees for other manufacturers vary. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Can my company purchase by PO or on credit?
Approved business customers may receive Net 30 company purchase-order terms. Approval, credit limits, and every PO order are reviewed individually; submitting a PO does not itself accept an order. Learn about company purchasing.
Can I submit a Florida resale certificate?
Florida business customers may request tax-exempt status. A valid Florida resale certificate must be reviewed and approved before tax-exempt ordering is enabled.

How do warranty claims work?
