Purchase orders for approved business customers
HVACsale.com offers purchase-order terms to approved business customers. Most purchases are completed directly through the website; PO purchasing is not available to unapproved accounts.
Launch terms
- Approved accounts receive written terms before purchase-order privileges are enabled.
- Standard approved terms are Net 30.
- Credit limits are reviewed case by case, up to $10,000.
- Every PO order is reviewed before it is accepted.
- Accounts with overdue balances are placed on hold until payment is received.
Florida resale certificates may be reviewed for approved Florida business accounts before tax-exempt ordering is enabled. Freight, pricing changes, or a new shipping address may require additional confirmation before an order is accepted.
