Where we ship
We ship within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are available by quote only. Contact support@hvacsale.com before ordering.
Shipping rates
Orders over $99 ship free. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $12.95. Items longer than 96 inches, such as 120-inch baseboard heaters, ship by freight pallet for a flat $250 freight charge per order, which applies even when the order qualifies for free shipping.
Processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days, depending on stock and manufacturer processing. Contact us for an estimated ship date on any item.
Transit time and carriers
Typical transit time is about 3–5 business days. FedEx Freight shipments take about 5–6 business days. Actual transit times vary by manufacturer, carrier and destination. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx and LTL freight. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
We email tracking information when your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one shipment at no extra cost.
Freight deliveries
The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please inspect the shipment and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Liftgate, residential, appointment or limited-access delivery may require additional charges; we will contact you before charging anything extra.
Damage and risk of loss
Report damaged or missing items within 5 days of delivery, with photos. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Refund Policy.
