Why choose a Mixed Flow fan? Mixed flow fans combine the benefits of axial and centrifugal flow fans. The High-volume flow aspects of the axial fan with the pressure and efficiency of the backward curved centrifugal fan allow the mixed flow wheel to yield High Performance, High Efficiency with low sound levels. Canarm’s IMF- B mixed flow fans operate with air flow going in both the axial and radial direction relative to the shaft. Its rugged design includes a heavy-gauge, continuously welded wheel, which is statically and dynamically balanced to AMCA 204. Ideal for general HVAC and commercial applications which require large volumes of clean air at low to mid-range pressures. Suitable for supply and exhaust. Versatile in mounting options, mixed fans may be roof mounted, base mounted or hung from the ceiling. Available in Belt Drive 16” to 50” diameters. With CFM’s ranging from 3000 to 40,000 CFM.
